The purpose of the House Rules is to define the expected conduct of those staying in the Salon and using our services, and to establish the fundamental rules that are essential for providing high-quality, professional services in a cultured environment. Please take these rules into consideration and kindly observe them at all times.
Compliance with current Hungarian legislation and these House Rules is mandatory for all persons present in our Salon. The House Rules are available for reading in our waiting area and on our website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you automatically accept these House Rules.
Please help us maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere in the Salon. Avoid loud talking, shouting, or any other disruptive activity (e.g. playing music from your phone, slamming doors, etc.).
Cleanliness must be preserved. Eating crumbly or otherwise messy food, strongly scented food and drinks, ice cream, and smoking are not permitted inside. Should you notice any cleanliness issues, please inform a member of our staff.
Please always arrive on time for your treatments. Our specialists see clients one after another, so it is essential to respect the agreed appointment times. Note that the booked time indicates the start of the treatment. Depending on the service, we kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes earlier to ensure a punctual start (you may request guidance from your specialist in advance).
In case of lateness, our staff may not be able to complete the full treatment. In such cases, the treatment will be shorter than planned, and the missed portion cannot be made up later.
Rescheduling or cancelling appointments is possible under the following conditions:
a) Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge more than 72 hours before the treatment.
b) Within 72 hours, cancellation or rescheduling is no longer possible. In this case, the client forfeits the right to the booked treatment.
c) If the client neither cancels nor shows up, rule 6/b will apply.
d) Cancellation or rescheduling must be done via our official contact channels (phone or SMS). It is only valid if acknowledged by a member of our staff.
Unfortunately, our Salon is not equipped to supervise children. Please respect the comfort of other guests and, if your child requires supervision, arrange this outside of the Salon during your treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
Health is a top priority for us. For the wellbeing of our guests and staff, please only attend treatments in a healthy condition. Our staff are required to use protective masks in suspected cases of infection, provide a mask to the guest, or reschedule the treatment if necessary.
Hygiene is also of utmost importance. We kindly ask you to arrive in appropriate attire and hygienic condition, in line with the standards of our Salon. Any service may be refused if these expectations are not met (Appropriate appearance: neat, clean clothing).
Guests arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused treatment.
Recording audio or visual material in the Salon is strictly prohibited without prior permission from our specialists.
In case of violation of any of these House Rules, our staff are obliged to request that the inappropriate behavior be stopped. If this request is not followed, the person must leave the Salon, even if this requires interrupting an ongoing treatment.
The operator reserves the right to unilaterally and immediately amend the House Rules at any time.
