Under medical supervision

Fatigue that even rest can't fix?

Sound familiar — waking up exhausted even in the morning, focus not coming as easily, your body recovering more slowly than it used to? This often isn't about age — it's about a drop in your cells' energy levels. The goal of NAD+ therapy is to restore this safely, under medical supervision.

Sound familiar?

You're doing everything right — yet you still don't feel like yourself

You get enough sleep, try to eat healthily, even take vitamins — yet your energy just doesn't come back. By midday you're out of steam, concentrating feels like an effort, and recovery, which used to happen on its own, is now slow.

It's easy to simply chalk this up to “getting older” — yet how you feel often has a specific, measurable cause behind it.

  • Persistent fatigue that rest alone doesn't fix
  • Mental “fog,” harder focus, slower thinking
  • Slower recovery after exercise, illness or stress
  • Fading vitality, declining stamina in everyday life

Behind the scenes

The answer is in your cells

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme present in every cell of your body. It's responsible for cellular energy production, DNA repair and regeneration — essentially, it's your body's “internal charger.”

The problem is that NAD+ levels naturally, gradually decline with age. Less NAD+ means less cellular energy, slower renewal and fading vitality — exactly what you feel day to day.

The goal of NAD+ therapy is to replenish what your body has lost over the years — under medical supervision, tailored to you.

Why it works better

Of what you swallow, only a fraction actually reaches its target

That's why it can seem like pills “don't do anything” — most of the active ingredient is lost before it can take effect.

Oral — tablets, capsules

Digestion “swallows” most of it

Most oral preparations break down in the digestive system, so only a fraction of the active ingredient is absorbed — slowly and unpredictably.

NAD+ therapy — as an infusion

Straight to where it needs to work

The active ingredients enter the bloodstream directly, bypassing the digestive system. The result is a faster, more concentrated and more predictable effect — a cellular-level recharge.

What you can expect

When your cells recharge

NAD+ supports the body's fundamental functioning, so its effects can be wide-ranging. We clarify the exact effects for you individually during the medical assessment.

Energy & vitality

Supporting cellular energy production and reducing fatigue — renewed drive for everyday life.

Mental clarity

Sharper focus and better concentration — key if you do a lot of mental work.

Recovery

Supporting cellular renewal and detoxification — faster recovery after exertion.

Anti-aging support

Supporting the slowing of aging processes at the cellular level — preserving youthfulness, from the inside out.

Antioxidant protection

Protection against free radicals that damage cells — especially with high-dose protocols or those combined with glutathione.

Sport & performance

Supporting performance and recovery for athletes — faster recharging during intense periods.

Frequently asked questions

What's worth knowing about NAD+ therapy

How long does one session take?
The NAD+ infusion is administered slowly, typically over 1–3 hours, so your body can process it optimally. The exact duration depends on the dose and protocol chosen, which we discuss during the consultation.
Why is a medical examination needed?
Because this isn't a wellness cocktail — it's a medically justified, targeted therapy. We personalise the composition based on a health assessment and, where needed, lab results, and rule out any contraindications. This keeps the treatment safe and genuinely tailored to you.
When does the effect start, and how long does it last?
Many people feel recharged shortly after treatment, while the deeper, regenerative effects build up gradually. We plan the duration of the effect and the recommended frequency during the consultation, tailored to your goals.
Are there any side effects?
Infusions given at the right pace, under medical supervision, are generally well tolerated. Mild, temporary symptoms can rarely occur (e.g. a slight feeling of warmth or transient tenderness at the injection site), which can typically be managed by slowing the infusion and resolve within a few hours.
Who shouldn't have this treatment?
Certain conditions are contraindications — for example, pregnancy and breastfeeding, severe kidney, liver or heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or a known allergy to the ingredients. Additional factors apply specifically to NAD+. The final decision is always made by the treating physician, based on the consultation and examination.
Why is infusion better than tablets?
A significant portion of the active ingredient in oral preparations is lost during digestion. Infusion bypasses this: the active ingredients go directly into the bloodstream, with much higher absorption, sometimes exceeding 80% — making the effect faster, more concentrated and more predictable.
Who performs the treatment?
Treatments are performed by Dr. Veronika Győri-Dani, internal medicine specialist, with a longevity and preventive-medicine approach, following a strict medical protocol — every treatment is based on a personalised health assessment.
What happens at the consultation?
We assess your health and goals, review any existing conditions, medications and allergies, and the doctor decides whether NAD+ therapy can be performed safely and which composition is ideal for you.
